Sales Associate Responsibilities:
Showcase effective customer engagement with our clientele and customer base, initiating conversations to build rapport and understand their needs.
Create a welcoming and friendly environment to attract and retain new and existing customers
Provide detailed and accurate product information, explaining features, benefits, and uses
Answer specific product questions and address concerns to build trust and confidence in the products/service
Work with team members to meet sales goals
Stay updated on product information and promotions
Attend training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills
Collect and report customer feedback
Create a welcoming and friendly environment to attract and retain new and existing customers
Sales Associate Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older
Must have reliable transportation to our office in Houston
Must be Solution-Oriented
Must be coachable
Previous experience in retail, customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Must have a great work ethic
Excellent verbal communication skills
